Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service. NuAge Medical Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift certificates. Gift Certificates are not redeemable or transferable for cash or credit. Service substitutions are not available. Vouchers, referral discounts or advertising promotions cannot be used towards the purchase of a gift certificate. Packages may be used by only one guest. Changes or substitutions will forfeit any value pricing. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and final.
